Services

  • Individual Psychotherapy

    Confidential, one on one therapy services, 50-90 minute sessions available. Sessions typically begin weekly, then frequency can be adjusted as needed. All sessions are provided virtually via HIPAA compliant platform.

  • Group Psychotherapy

    A safe space to learn new skills, make connections, and build community. Specific group offerings change seasonally and are available online or in-person.

  • Clinical Supervision

    Available for Associate and Trainee MFT, PCC, and CSWs in California pursuing licensure. Individual, triadic, and group supervision options available. A written oversight agreement is required to be completed by myself and the agency/organization that employs the associate/trainee. Not currently taking on associates as employees or volunteers for work with Alchemy Arts Therapy in private practice.

  • Training and Consultation

    Available for training and consultations with other independent providers, behavioral health programs, and educational institutions. Training topics include (but are not limited to): Trauma-Informed, Strength-based, and Client-centered care , Trauma and the Brain, Harm Reduction (as an approach to alcohol/substance use, disordered eating, and self harm), Integrating a Creative Art Therapy approach in Community Mental Health, Implicit Bias and Cultural Humility, De-escalation and Crisis Response, Body neutrality and best practices working with clients of size/Fat clients.

Rates

Psychotherapy

45-50 min individual psychotherapy session- $200

*Sliding scale: limited spots available, priority to individuals navigating intersecting marginalization

Sliding scale- currently full, waitlist available

*Group therapy rates differ from group to group

Insurance/Superbills

While I do not accept insurance and this time, I can provide monthly Superbills. Superbills allow clients to receive full or partial reimbursement directly from their insurance carrier for an "out of network" provider.

*I recommend checking in directly with your insurance provider to see if Superbill reimbursement is an option or you.

Payment

All major credit/debt cards accepted for payment through Simple Practice site. Fees are collected at midnight the night of service.

Cancellation Policy

Please remember to cancel or reschedule 48 hours in advance. You will be responsible for the entire fee if cancellation is less than 48 hours.

This is necessary because a time commitment is made and held exclusively for you. If you are late for a session, you may lose some of that session time.
